AllThingsFireworks.com is a directory platform that lists fireworks stores, shows, and related information. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to find fireworks stores, shows, and related information. Business users may use the Site to manage their listings in accordance with these Terms.

2. ACCOUNTS

To access certain features (e.g., claiming a listing, leaving reviews, entering giveaways), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

3. BUSINESS LISTINGS

Business listings may be created by users or by our team using publicly available information. If you claim a listing, you represent that you have the authority to do so on behalf of the business. We reserve the right to verify claims and to remove or modify listings at our discretion. Premium listing subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time.

4. USER CONTENT

You may submit reviews, recommendations, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Site. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights.

5. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Site without our written permission
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit spam, fake reviews, or manipulative content

6. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any listing, review, or user-submitted information.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Directory Boom LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, excluding User Content, is the property of Directory Boom LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The AllThingsFireworks name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Directory Boom LLC.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.
